Luke Lynett-Howes

MEET LUKE

Luke is an Articling Student at NIKA LAW LLP with a strong interest in estates, trusts, elder law, and litigation. In his role, he supports the firm’s lawyers and clerks by contributing research and insights that strengthen client service and case preparation.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Dalhousie University, Luke worked in insurance and advertising before pursuing a career in law. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in June 2025, where he particularly enjoyed courses on property, trusts and estates, as well as experiential litigation programs.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with friends and family, biking and hiking, and relaxing at Georgian Bay during the summer.
