
Vladimir Stojanovic is an Associate Lawyer at NIKA LAW LLP whose practice is dedicated to estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Vladimir assists clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advises on all aspects of administering an estate. Prior to joining NIKA LAW LLP, Vladimir gained experience working in estates and civil litigation, allowing him to bring a balanced and practical perspective to the complex issues his clients may be facing.
Vladimir regularly advises individuals, families, estate trustees, and beneficiaries on a wide range of planning and post-death matters, providing nuanced solutions with care and expertise.
Vladimir holds an LL.B. from the University of Leicester and an Honours B.A. from York University. Vladimir is an Affiliate Member of STEP and is currently working on obtaining his Trust and Estate Practitioner (“TEP”) designation.
Outside the office, Vladimir enjoys playing the occasional squash game, attending concerts, cheering on the Toronto Raptors and spending time with his family.

MEET JADE YORUK
Jade is a law clerk focused on estate planning and estate litigation.
Prior to joining NIKA LAW LLP, Jade worked for a top-tier mid-size law firm in Toronto, where she gained experience in various legal departments, which incentivized her to complete the accelerated Law Clerk Diploma at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
Jade is involved in all aspects of the estate litigation and planning process, from liaising with clients to assisting with drafting and document production.
Jade is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO), where she continuously strives to develop her skills and credentials by utilizing the various resources provided and by staying current with the ever-changing legal environment.
